This Privacy Policy explains what information CREFINO ("we", "us") collects when you use CreMind and our other apps and websites, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, e-mail address and profile details, including what Google gives us if you sign in with Google.
- Content you create: prompts, text, images, audio, video, scripts and projects you make or upload in our apps.
- Payment information: we do not store card numbers. For manual payment methods (for example JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer) we keep the payment proof you send us, such as a transaction ID or screenshot, so we can verify your payment.
- Marketplace and gig activity: listings, orders, messages between buyers and sellers, wallet balance and withdrawal requests.
- Support messages: the tickets and bug reports you send us.
- Usage and device data: app version, device type, error logs and how features are used, so we can keep the service working and secure.
- Advertising data: if you watch a rewarded ad, our ad partner may use an advertising identifier on your device.
2. How we use it
- To run your account and give you the features, credits and plans you ask for.
- To generate AI content you request.
- To verify payments, process orders and pay out sellers.
- To answer support requests and send service e-mails and notifications.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and misuse of free features, and to keep the service secure.
- To improve and fix our apps.
3. Services that help us run CreMind
We use trusted providers to deliver the service. They only receive what is needed for their part:
- Google Firebase for sign-in, database, file storage and server functions.
- Google AI services (such as Gemini, Veo and Google Cloud voice) and other AI providers (such as ElevenLabs and D-ID) to generate text, images, voice, music and video from your prompts.
- Google AdMob to show rewarded ads where a feature allows it.
- Resend to send e-mails.
Your prompts and the files you choose to process may be sent to these providers to produce the result you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the providers above, with the other person in a marketplace or gig order (for example, what a buyer and seller need to complete the order), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and our service. If CREFINO or one of its apps is ever sold or transferred, your information may move to the new owner under the same protections.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep for payments, fraud prevention or legal reasons. An account with a wallet balance or a pending withdrawal cannot be deleted until it is settled.
6. Delete your account and data
You can delete your account from inside the app. You can also ask us to delete or export your data through the Support section in the app. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
7. Your choices and rights
You can access and update your profile in the app, ask us to correct or delete your data, and turn off notifications in your device settings. You can reset your device advertising ID in your phone settings. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights; contact us and we will help.
8. Security
We protect your data with access rules, encrypted connections and server-side checks. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details private.
9. Children
Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
10. International use
Our providers may process data in other countries. By using our services you understand that your information may be handled outside the country where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make an important change we will update the date above and, where possible, tell you in the app.
